If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased we will exchange them or give you a full refund for returns received within 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights

28 Day Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons all items with a gusset should be tried on over your underwear with all labels intact, otherwise we will be unable to accept them back.

If you wish to return goods to us, please fill in and detach the returns slip on the delivery note supplied with your order and enclose this with the returned goods. Please peel off the returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

If you do not have the delivery note please return them to the address below with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement

We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items that you return.

Christmas Gifts Exchange Policy

In addition to your statutory rights we will be offering exchanges on all Christmas gifts until 31st January 2014. An exchange or Credit Note will be offered on production of a Gift receipt. The goods must be unworn and returned in saleable condition. Exchanges will only be given to the current value of the currency in which the item was originally purchased and on purchases that were made between 18th November and 24th December 2013 only.

Items bought from one of our Rigby & Peller stores should be returned direct to the store.

Store Refund Policy:

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any unworn items with a valid receipt within 28 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on garments that have a gusset. This does not affect your statutory rights.
