Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons all items with a gusset should be tried on over your underwear with all labels intact, otherwise we will be unable to accept them back.
If you wish to
return goods to us, please fill in and detach the returns slip on the delivery
note supplied with your order and enclose this with the returned goods. Please
peel off the returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

to your statutory rights we will be offering exchanges on all Christmas gifts until
31st January 2014. An exchange or Credit Note will be offered on
production of a Gift receipt. The goods must be unworn and returned in saleable
condition. Exchanges will only be given to the current value of the currency in
which the item was originally purchased and on purchases that were made between
18th November and 24th December 2013 only.
