We have been overwhelmed by response to our online sale – Thank You to you all our customers!

Unfortunately, we are rapidly selling out of the most popular sizes and may find it necessary to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfil. We will try and offer alternative items wherever possible.

Some customers may experience a delay to the original quoted delivery time, but please be assured we are doing everything we can in order to get these orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order within the expected time and would like to cancel then please contact Customer Services, but in the majority of cases we are able to send orders out with only a short delay.

Please note that although your bank will allocate funds at the time of order, Rigby & Peller do not actually take payment until your order has been despatched. Cancelling your order before despatch will release these funds within 2-4 working days.
