We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 48 hours. When your order is despatched we will send you an email confirming the contents of your delivery. If your package has been sent using a trackable delivery service we will include this information in the despatch email.
UK packages are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Some despatches may be upgraded by Rigby & Peller to First Class Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery based on their cost or size or weight. All items sent using Recorded or Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 1-7 working days.
Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 3-10 working days, the Rest of the World including US and Australia takes approximately 5-14 days.
Please note that with all International orders, we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive your package
You can select the delivery option you require at the checkout. Prices range from £3.50 to £12.50 depending upon the destination and the service. Delivery for UK orders over £150 is FREE and will be sent using our Luxury Service by Royal Mail Special Delivery, beautifully packaged in a Rigby & Peller gift box.
Standard deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail in a poly bag that will fit through the letterbox if the item in small enough.
All other delivery options are sent packaged in a beautiful Rigby & Peller gift box and will require a signature upon delivery.
All Gift Cards are sent in a Rigby & Peller gift box which may not fit through your letterbox, so please contact us if you have any questions.
*Please note that the delivery times quoted below are from point of despatch and not from point of order. Next Day Delivery can only be guaranteed for items that are in stock in our Warehouse and ordered before 12.00 noon for delivery by 1.00pm the next working day.
